Job Title: Business Processes Senior Consultant

Purpose and Objective:
SAP America, Inc. seeks a Business Processes Senior Consultant at our Newtown Square, PA location to act as a Functional Lead for application, business process, and industry-specific solution.
Expectations and Tasks:
Consult mainly in the areas of SAP PLM Recipe Development, SAP Environmental Health and Safety, SAP Document Management applications to generate value and specific outcomes for customers at one or more stages of a project lifecycle including scoping, requirements gathering, solutioning and documentation, architecture, system configuration and readiness or testing, data migration, and go-live support in on-premise, cloud, or hybrid environments. Provide key knowledge and tactical support for escalated projects. Perform feasibility studies or solution reviews to safeguard projects according to SAP, customer, or industry best practices. Support pre-sales activities aligned to current and emerging solution areas. Handle responsibilities from time to time as a sub-project team leader. Take responsibility from time to time as team lead and support respective line manager(s) in people development tasks. Provide detailed planning of process implementation. Define and document solution requirements for customer developments. Develop, test, and assure quality of process and technical models. Demonstrate profound knowledge of modelling standards, tools and business processes.
Education and Occupational Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration or a related field of study and six (6) years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or related occupation. Alternatively, a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration or a related field of study and four (4) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.
Qualifications/Skills and Competencies Experience:
Experience must involve four (4) years in the following:
SAP Product Lifecycle Management;
SAP Recipe Development;
SAP Environmental Health and Safety;
SAP Document Management;
Critical customer management, root cause analysis and debugging of complex technical issues in SAP solutions;
End-to-End solution Design review assessments using SAP Best Practices; and
SAP ABAP Programming and Performance Analysis.
Travel: Position requires up to 40% domestic and international travel to various and unanticipated client sites.

Compensation Range Transparency: The annual base salary range for this position is $125,611 - $155,125. SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is $125,611 - $182,500. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
