What you’ll build
In this role, you drive end‑to‑end business process transformation initiatives for customers across industries. You translate customer objectives, strategic priorities, and operational requirements into fit‑to‑standard business processes aligned with SAP best practices and industry‑leading approaches.
You are accountable for the quality and effectiveness of business process designs within your scope. Working closely with customers, architects, and delivery teams, you ensure that process solutions enable operational readiness, measurable business value, and sustainable transformation outcomes.
In this role, you will:
- Apply deep expertise in the Life Sciences (Biopharma) domain and Autonomous Regulated Manufacturing knowledge to analyze, design, and optimize customer business processes, ensuring solutions are grounded in real‑world operational practices and industry standards.
- Lead business process design engagements, including discovery and fit‑to‑standard workshops, solution design, and implementation support.
- Design, model, and optimize end‑to‑end business processes, including process automation and alignment with business and enterprise architectures.
- Evaluate industry and technology trends to introduce proven practices and support transformation and transition planning.
- Map business processes to solution and IT architectures, leveraging standard SAP capabilities and defining integration or extension needs where required.
