In this role, you drive end‑to‑end business process transformation initiatives for customers across industries. You translate customer objectives, strategic priorities, and operational requirements into fit‑to‑standard business processes aligned with SAP best practices and industry‑leading approaches.

You are accountable for the quality and effectiveness of business process designs within your scope. Working closely with customers, architects, and delivery teams, you ensure that process solutions enable operational readiness, measurable business value, and sustainable transformation outcomes.

In this role, you will:

  • Apply deep expertise in the Life Sciences(Biopharma) domain and Autonomous Regulated Manufacturing knowledge to analyze, design, and optimize customer business processes, ensuring solutions are grounded in real‑world operational practices and industry standards.
  • Lead business process design engagements, including discovery and fit‑to‑standard workshops, solution design, and implementation support.
  • Design, model, and optimize end‑to‑end business processes, including process automation and alignment with business and enterprise architectures.
  • Evaluate industry and technology trends to introduce proven practices and support transformation and transition planning.

Map business processes to solution and IT architectures, leveraging standard SAP capabilities and defining integration or extension needs where required.
  • Advise customers on business process optimization, value‑based transformation, and change enablement.
  • Define and validate KPIs and value drivers, supporting business cases and value realization tracking.
  • Ensure consistency and quality of process deliverables, including process flows, requirements, decisions, and performance indicators.
  • What you bring:

    • Deep expertise in the Life Sciences(Biopharma) domain, with proven hands‑on experience in Autonomous Regulated Manufacturing, is essential.
    • Minimum of 6 years of professional experience within the Regulated Manufacturing domain required.
    • Ability to operate effectively in an Agentic AI context, contributing to the design, application, and responsible use of AI agents within complex business processes.
    • Solid experience in business process consulting and industry transformation, with the ability to work efficiently in customer‑facing environments.
    • Proven expertise in business process analysis, modeling, and design within complex customer or consulting contexts.
    • Strong knowledge of business process management, process‑to‑solution mapping, and change management approaches.
    • Experience supporting value‑based transformation initiatives, including KPI definition and performance measurement.
    • Structured communication skills and confidence in representing SAP with customers and partners.
    • Delivery‑oriented mindset with the ability to manage complex workstreams and priorities effectively.
    • You demonstrate a proactive approach to leveraging AI in everyday workflows, ensuring high‑quality outputs through thoughtful context design and system integration.

The targeted annual combined range for this position is 167300-371400USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
