Business Processes Consultant-SAP S/4HANA Consumer Product Group – Manufacturing (Legacy PP Module)

SUMMARY We are looking for experienced SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing experts for the role of Business Process Consultant to work in the Customer facing projects of the Consumer Industries Practice at SAP Adoption Services Center.

THE ROLE As a Business Process Consultant, he / she will be part of our teams that is involved in helping our Consumer Product Group (CPG) / Life Sciences (LS) Customers across the world in their Digital Transformation journey to SAP S/4HANA using our Remote based services.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS
Domain expertise: •Should have good understanding of Consumer Product/Life Sciences industries domain. •Should have very good understanding and solution architecting abilities in the core CPG functionalities of manufacturing and quality management.
•Should be able to relate to SAP’s solution portfolio changes relevant to the industry.

Solution expertise:
•Should have at least 2 end-to-end implementations with experience in leading the Manufacturing track in projects.
•Proven Knowledge of Material Master, Bill of Materials, Recipe management, Different kinds of Production processes – discrete and process manufacturing, production order and execution, Settlements, Batch Management, MRP with capacity planning, and Inventory Management Processes, integration to product costing •Proven experience of handling integrations with other modules (SD, FICO, MM, PM) and applications. •Solution expertise in the areas of SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing (Cloud or On-Premises) expected with certifications.
•Exposure to modules such as Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling (PP / DS) and Integrated Business Planning (IBP) will be added advantage.

Work Experience
•Should have at least 3 end-to-end implementations with experience in Implementing the solutions with customer.
•At least 10 years of experience as Functional Consultant or similar role
•Min 8+ yrs exp in PP/QM
•Knowledge and experience of delivering projects in an Agile Framework and SAP Activate Methodology
•Expertise in CPG (Dairy/Meat/Consumer durables/Agri) or Life Science Industry is mandatory.
•Expertise as a Business end user role would be an added advantage.
•Experience in Business AI, Automation, Industry Cloud applications and Signavio topics will be added advantage.
•SAP Activate Methodology.

Educational requirements:
•Minimum educational requirement – Graduation from a reputed institute •Master of Business Administration (MBA) from reputed institutes preferred, although not mandatory •SAP Certification in SAP Manufacturing strongly recommended
•Expertise as a Business end user role in Consumer Industry would be an added advantage
