Job Location : SAP Labs Indis Innovations park, Devanahalli, Bangalore

As a Business Process Consultant you will be a technical resource and subject matter expert on Concur Business Intelligence / Reporting Tool. You will work directly with Concur clients and partners to fulfill functional and technical roles in support of Concur Intelligence


What you'll do:

  • Work closely with clients and partners to support the Concur reporting platform.
  • Investigate and resolve reporting-related issues within defined SLA timelines.
  • Provide guidance on product functionality and reporting solutions.
  • Handle and resolve reporting issues raised by external clients.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, set clear expectations, and ensure a smooth support experience.
  • Offer expert advice to help improve reporting outcomes and address client challenges.
  • Research, diagnose & troubleshoot product functionality issues / errors faced by clients, and follow up with documentation within established timelines
  • Escalate unresolved client issues as necessary to ensure timely resolution. If required or requested, get on phone with the client to understand and/ or educate on the issue or resolution
  • Maintain a current and thorough understanding of Concur Intelligence.

What you Bring:

  • An associate degree in a technical field or equivalent experience (Bachelor’s degree is a must)
  • 2-6 years of experience Customer support role.
  • Strong analytical skills, with high level of curiosity and investigative mind-set with an attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Strong customer focus, with the ability to clearly communicate findings / expectations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively analyze and evaluate problems.
  • Ability to effectively utilize data and system tools.
  • Experience in troubleshooting reports / BI tools or Databases.
  • Experience with Cognos tools preferred.
  • Ability to express thoughts clearly & professionally for fluent customer interaction (English)
