Purpose and Objective:
SAP America, Inc. seeks a Business Processes Consultant at our Newtown Square, PA location to establish and manage long-term engagement relations between the customer and SAP along all LACE phases.
Expectations and Tasks:
Maintain a pro-active and holistic engagement approach specific for premium delivery. The engagement approach makes sure that we address the specifics of each LACE phase to identify innovation potential, plan the solution and design and transformation, provide advisory and safeguard the execution and operation. Perform E2E analysis of the technology stack or of an E2E Business process. Advice customers and support different SAP units. Achieve broad knowledge about our portfolio and take over positioning, explanation, and scoping tasks for all standard services in the Virtual Project Room to support front office, solutioning and sales. Resolve issues related to a technical component or business process step without general work direction. Improve service procedures based on customer feedback and communicate with SAP development to improve SAP products. Develop best practices based on the delivery experience. Support the resolution of critical customer situations, production downs and escalations.
Education and Occupational Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field of study and six (6) years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or related occupation. Alternatively, a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field of study and four (4) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.
Qualifications/Skills and Competencies Experience:
Experience must include three (3) years involving each of the following:
SAP Sales Cloud functional implementation, technical configuration, root cause analysis, debugging, and optimization;
SAP Customer Data Cloud functional implementation, technical configuration, root cause analysis, debugging, and optimization;
SAP Field Service Management functional implementation, technical configuration, root cause analysis, debugging, and optimization; and
SAP Configure Price Quote (CPQ) functional implementation, technical configuration, root cause analysis, debugging, and optimization.
Travel: Position requires up to 40% domestic and international travel to various and unanticipated client sites.

Compensation Range Transparency: The annual base salary range for this position is $125,923 - $143,910. SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is $125,923 - $159,900. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
