What you’ll do

As a Business Processes Associate Consultant, you’ll consult with senior management to determine customer business needs, evaluating the performance of IT infrastructure, and developing and deploying SAP solutions. In particular you will:

• Determining business needs via consultation, business analysis, and targeted observations
• Developing and configuring customized SAP solutions
• Deploying SAP solutions and ensuring smooth system integration
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues to optimize performance
• Providing SAP system support and end-user training
• Performing rigorous documentation of SAP processes and presenting progress reports
• Ensuring compliance with industry regulations
• Keeping abreast of the latest SAP offerings, updates, and developments

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or polytechnic school is preferred
• Specialization in software engineering, business administration, project management, or a related field will be an advantage
• Up to 2 years' professional experience
• Knowledge of SAP systems, deployment, and integration can be considered as a plus
• Great collaboration, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Fluency in English and Greek
