What you'll do
Social Relations Activities:
-Update of all social reports in connection with the monitoring of our legal obligations and our agreements: DUERP (Unique Professional Risk Prevention Document), Staff Report (Hires and Departures), Trainee Report, Subcontractors, etc.
-Construction and analysis as well as presentation to social partners of social dashboards (in collaboration with other departments of the company):
- Report on social data
- Annual review of the CSSCT and PAPRIPACT preventive action plan
- Social balance report
- Report on M/F equality
- Skills development plan and Training assessment
- Report on mandatory annual negotiations
- Monitoring report of contractual indicators (company agreements
-Support for the organization and preparation of meetings of the CSE (Social and Economic Committee). Participation in certain meetings and follow-up of decisions/actions taken in meetings.
-NAO (Mandatory Annual Negotiations): preparation of meetings and reports, analysis and presentation of data, assistance in monitoring decisions.
-Collective agreements: completion of external and internal benchmarks, preparation of data for analysis, support in the analysis and negotiation phases, follow-up of actions after agreements are signed in the company.
-Professional elections/renewal of the CSE (Social and Economic Committee): support in the organization of elections and in the monitoring of related actions.
-Legal monitoring: support in the monitoring of social news.
HR Projects
-Active contribution to HR projects such as QVCT (Quality of Life and Working Conditions).
-Support the implementation of recurring QVCT actions and the preparation and deployment of HR events (e.g. intergenerational month, month of disability).
Internal Communication
-Writing of all internal communications in connection with the Social Relations/QVCT activity (in French and English).
What you bring
You possess the following skills and knowledges:
- Bachelor level required
- Good communication skills, analytical mindset, dynamic and rigorous individual
- Ability to work efficiently and with agility
- Knowledge of French labor law is appreciated
- You have a good command of Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Good level of English (spoken and written)
- You are curious to know all aspects of the human resources area; you have a great openness and a desire to learn.
- You demonstrate autonomy in your work, and you know how to manage activities in project mode.
- You have a great ability to work virtually and remotely.
Meet your team
Under the direct supervision of the Human Resources Department of SAP Labs France, and in close liaison with the Payroll France team, the HR Operations department (Personnel Administration) as well as the Social Relations team, you will participate in the daily life of an HR department.
In this position, you will understand all aspects of the Human Resources business (generalist position), from the operational to the strategy.
Within a company of human size, you will be involved in the support of 3 separate legal entities totalling of approximately 2200 people, belonging to a large global group (SAP).
Your field of action will extend to all sites in France.
The position is based in Levallois-Perret (Hauts-de-Seine).
Duration: 18/24 months
Start date: August 2025
This contract is subject to remuneration in line with the applicable collective agreement (Convention SYNTEC)
