What you’ll build:

  • Monitor specific commercial programs to mitigate churn and increase revenue by pulling reports and interacting with CREs from different regions to ensure proactivity and execution.
  • Align our provisioning tool with bookings by triggering system updates, assisting CREs with complex cases, and enabling CREs to perform these tasks autonomously.
  • Execute renewals by engaging in commercial discussions with internal and external customers, preparing quotes in our CRM, delivering contracts to customers, and ensuring all deals are properly booked.
  • Expand your knowledge through SAP's end-to-end Cloud Renewal Execution Processes, deepen your understanding of SAP systems and solutions, and enhance your collaboration and customer negotiation skills.

What you bring:

  • Skills and knowledge in renewal strategy, deal architecture, customer negotiation, and effective navigation within commercial and legal teams.
  • Ability to work proactively across various regions and communicate efficiently with team members.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to perform tasks independently and collaboratively.
  • Proficiency in English and French is required (at least B2/C1 level).
  • Bachelor’s (third year) or Master’s student, available for a duration of 24 or 12 months.

Where you belong:

  • You will be part of the Customer Renewal Center, responsible for Cloud Contract Extension Execution, focusing on building customer loyalty and increasing long-term revenue.
  • As a Customer Renewal Executive dedicated to our Cloud ERP segment, you’ll cover a cross-regional scope and work with diverse, international colleagues.
  • You’ll thrive in a professional, growth-oriented environment that values internal collaboration and continuous learning in customer engagement and SAP solutions.

Duration: 12 or 24 months (24 months preferred)
Start Date: mid-August 2026

This contract is subject to remuneration in line with the applicable collective agreement (Convention SYNTEC)
