What you’ll build
As part of SAP’s Customer Value Group, the AI Center of Excellence (AI4U) team helps customers unlock the value of AI on SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP). The team designs and delivers innovative AI proof of concepts that inspire customers, accelerate adoption, and help shape SAP best practices for AI development.

In this role, you’ll help organizations explore how AI can improve business processes and create meaningful business outcomes. You’ll partner with customers, executives, and cross-functional SAP teams to identify innovation opportunities, develop AI-driven business scenarios, and support strategic initiatives across North America.
You will:
- Support Go-to-Market and enablement activities for the AI4U team
- Coordinate strategic initiatives and cross-functional programs
- Develop executive presentations, reporting materials, and communications
- Collaborate with customer leaders to identify AI opportunities within Finance and/or Supply Chain processes
- Translate business challenges into value-driven AI use cases
- Deliver enablement sessions and share best practices across teams
- Partner with technical and functional experts to support scalable AI implementation approaches on SAP BTP
What you bring
You are curious, collaborative, and motivated by solving business challenges through innovation and continuous learning.
You bring many of the following skills and experiences:
- 10 years experience as a process expert within either Finance or Supply Chain, while also spanning multiple industries
- 10+ years of experience running programs either internal or customer facing.
- 10+ years of customer facing project experience
- Ability and willingness to be positioned equally as a functional expert but also act in a sales capacity to generate high value use cases working directly with customers LOB leaders. (No quotas)
- Demonstrated capability to solve complex problems in unique ways unconstrained by artificial constructs
- Demonstrated history of collaboration, knowledge sharing, and learning
- Demonstrated experience in actively learning new topics, and capabilities.
- Demonstrated experience as a thought leader
- Strong conceptual understanding on SAP AI platforms and toolsets

Compensation Range Transparency: SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 151900-340900 USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
