What you´ll build

In this role, you will serve as the primary Engagement Lead for AI EMEA Adoption and Consumption. Based in Copenhagen and covering the Nordics, you will drive AI Adoption and Consumption for Nordics, responsible to achieve the Market’s AI KPIs. Key focus is on collaboration with all relevant stakeholders, account teams, customers and execution — driving AI adoption initiatives, enabling internal and external alignment, and delivering measurable outcomes for Nordics market. This is a senior, high-visibility position with direct accountability for engagement governance and cross-functional leadership.

Your responsibilities:

In general:

  • Senior, high-visibility role with direct exposure to Nordics AI Leadership.
  • Full ownership of Nordics AI engagement governance and strategic AI adoption initiatives with measurable, enterprise-wide impact.

Detailed ones:

1. Engagement Lead across Nordics

  • Owner and responsible to achieve AI KPIs in consumption, activation, adoption and usage for Nordics.
  • Drive internal engagement across all relevant account teams and leadership forums.
  • Own end-to-end stakeholder management for driving AI Consumption across Nordics, ensuring alignment between cross teams.
  • Represent the EMEA AI Adoption & Consumption Office in engagements, Steercos, and cross-functional forums for Nordics.
  • Work closely with EMEA AI Engagement Lead, to share Nordics status and raise any blockers that requires regional support.
  • Leverage AI Architect to ensure all strategic and Top customers have AI Coach to drive executive, business and architecture discussions to position value for Business AI.
  • Well versed in SAP AI Strategy, new product landscape, process and value conversations to effectively sponsor Top 20 customers.
  • Create AI Adoption and Consumption Light houses in Nordics.

2. Governance Lead for Nordics for AI Adoption and Consumption

Lead, plan, and engage with internal and external stakeholders, with full responsibility for:

  • Strategic Initiatives
    • Responsible to lead initiatives in Nordics to grow consumption.
    • Coordinate cross-functional contributors and ensure delivery against commitments.
    • Responsible to work as a sponsor to Top 20 customers to drive tangible consumption and adoption outcomes.
  • MU Escalation Management
    • Serve as the escalation point for engagement-related issues raised by Accounts in Nordics.
    • Develop and execute mitigation strategies, providing targeted support to resolve blockers swiftly.
    • Maintain a structured escalation log and drive resolution through to closure.
  • AI Adoption Status Reporting
    • Own the delivery of all AI Adoption Status and run Bi-Weekly and Monthly governance calls and update status for all TOP 20 and strategic accounts. Update Status weekly for Regional EMEA reporting.
    • Ensure the KPI matrix and Forecasts are updated weekly and monthly.
  • Forecasting & Gap-to-Target Planning
    • Lead ENordics-wide forecasting processes for AI adoption and consumption metrics.
    • Identify and analyse gaps between current performance and adoption targets, proposing actionable remediation plans. Produce Route to Budget plans per solution area.
    • Partner with MU Leadership and account teams to align on targets, track progress, and course-correct proactively.

What you´ll bring

  • Masters or Bachelor's degree in Business, Business Informatics, Business Management, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree or MBA is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a senior engagement, governance, or programme leadership role — ideally within a technology or consulting environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and govern complex, cross-functional initiatives across large, matrixed organisations.
  • Strong understanding of the SAP Business AI portfolio, with the ability to run enablement sessions, workshops, and demos.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills, with experience engaging at C-level and board level.
  • Strong skills in creating executive-grade presentations via PowerPoint.
  • Proven track record in forecasting, KPI tracking, and gap-to-target planning.
  • Exceptional organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple high-priority workstreams simultaneously.
  • International mindset and experience operating in multicultural, cross-border environments; fluent English is required, Scandinavian languages are a strong advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP internal processes, governance frameworks, and reporting standards.
