仕事内容

コンカーではシステムに蓄積された経費精算、トラベル、請求書といったデータを利用して、様々な切り口でビジネスを分析することを可能にする分析ツール（Business Intelligence：BI）を提供しています。
レポーティングサービスでは、BIの活用を目指すお客様に、レポートの作成、継続的なカスタマイズ、QA対応、等の支援サービスを行っています。
レポーティングコンサルタントはBIのスペシャリストとして、お客様が必要とされる分析レポートの提案や作成を行います。また、海外のチームとも連携しながら作業を行います。

9:00 ケース確認と返信10:00 レポート要件定義11:00 チームミーティング、1on1、部門ミーティング、チーム勉強会、部門横断プロジェクトなど（週1回程度）12:00 休憩13:00 大連への依頼書起票14:00 レポート検証と修正指示16:00 QA対応17:00 顧客とのWeb会議

必要な経験・スキル

【必須】・チャレンジを楽しみ、課題解決に積極的にアイデアを出し、自ら考え行動できること・複数のお客様を並行で担当し、タスク管理・スケジュール管理能力・ケースやWeb会議を通じて、お客様との円滑なコミュニケーション能力・実務で3年以上のシステム導入コンサルタント、PM、SE等の経験・経費精算に関する基本的な業務知識【歓迎】・Cognos、Tableau、SAP BW、SAP BO、Dr.SumなどのBIツール経験・OracleなどDBスキル・分析ソフトウェア・ツールの利用経験（1年以上）・経営課題解決に向けたデータ分析・図式化スキル【資格・語学】・TOEIC700点以上（会話もある程度必要）

勤務形態

事業場外労働制（標準労働時間／1日8時間）※みなし労働として9時間25分勤務したとみなします。※標準労働時間帯／9:00〜18:00※完全週休2日制
