Job Description

About the role

Join our dynamic team as a Campaigns Developer and make a significant impact on our personalised communications. Reporting to the Senior Campaigns Developer, you will provide technical expertise to activity owners, helping them build effective data selections and advising on efficient data segmentation techniques.

In this pivotal role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the relevance and compliance of our communications while striving to achieve the best possible response rates in terms of financial support and engagement.

As a campaigns developer, you will have the opportunity to provide valuable insights on building relevant segmentations that maximize response rates. We encourage a test-and-learn approach whenever feasible, fostering continuous improvement in our campaigns. You will also demonstrate an appreciation for KPI reporting, incorporating scalability and reporting considerations into your campaign strategies.

We value a positive and collaborative customer service-based approach. You will actively engage with customers and stakeholders, working closely to meet their requirements and, whenever possible, surpass their expectations. Your ability to confidently navigate topics such as content variation and personalization will be instrumental in bringing together diverse stakeholder requirements to deliver impactful campaigns.

Data compliance is a core responsibility of this role. You will ensure that our communications adhere to legal, regulatory, and internal data rules. Practical experience in applying appropriate exclusions and preference criteria to prioritise compliance in every selection is essential.

Experience with tools such as Apteco Faststats and Salesforce Marketing Cloud (or similar) for broadcast is preferred. As part of our small yet critically important team, you will continuously enhance your knowledge of available tools and data sources to contribute to the development of our data selection capability.

We welcome candidates who possess a range of skills and experiences. While direct experience with specific tools is advantageous, we are open to considering individuals with similar expertise and a demonstrated ability to adapt and learn.

Join us in this rewarding role where you will have the opportunity to make a difference and grow both professionally and personally. Apply now and be part of our passionate team dedicated to impactful communications.

What we need from you
