Team Accountabilities – How we work / Wie wir arbeiten:
We are part of Group Indirect Procurement and support the two Rolls-Royce sites in Germany with all non-flying goods and services.
Our work covers a broad range of requirements: from complex cloud services and infrastructure projects such as assembly halls or engine test beds to consumables for production.
We combine operational buying, sourcing, supplier management, compliance and close collaboration with internal stakeholders.
In short: we help our sites get what they need in a practical, commercially sound and compliant way.
Key Accountabilities – What we expect from you / Was wir von dir erwarten:
Take ownership of operational procurement activities, including creating and following up on purchase orders.
Support the resolution of invoice and purchase order issues with suppliers, internal customers and other functions.
Assist with smaller sourcing activities, from clarifying requirements and collecting quotations to comparing offers and preparing award decisions.
Support smaller supplier negotiations, for example on prices, delivery dates or commercial conditions.
Help improve data quality, transparency and day-to-day procurement processes.
Qualifications / Qualifikationen:
Enrolled student at a university or university of applied sciences.
Good German and English skills; you do not need to be perfect, but you should be willing to use both languages in day-to-day work.
Structured, reliable and able to work independently after initial guidance.
Proactive in following up on open topics and asking the right questions when information is missing.
Interest in procurement, supplier management and business processes.
