Minimum of NITEC or Diploma in an engineering related field.
Prior working experience in a cleanroom environment is a plus.

Must be able to work on rotating shifts (Day, Afternoon, Night) and overtime, inclusive of weekends and public holidays.
Must be comfortable working at Seletar.
Skills & Responsibilities
Technical Procedures: Carry out disassembly, inspection, repair, assembly, and testing of aero engine components and modules following EASA/CAAS Part 145 or equivalent standards.
Cleanroom Operations: Work in a cleanroom environment operating bonders, etching lines, and NDT processes such as X-ray, FPI, and UT.
Quality and Improvement: Implement improvement initiatives and maintain 5S activities and housekeeping standards according to technique sheets.
Potential transition routes: People from mechanical or aerospace maintenance roles may bring relevant hands-on tooling and safety experience, alongside meeting the mandatory engineering qualification requirements.
