At Rolls-Royce we are committed to always being a force for progress; powering, protecting and connecting people everywhere.

Our Internship programmes are designed to help you build your career from day one. You'll work on meaningful projects, learn from experienced colleagues and develop the skills to make a real impact. That's Infinite Potential.

Role overview:
This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both Human Resources and Compliance within a dynamic, regional APAC environment. You’ll support the delivery of people engagement initiatives, internal communications, and compliance programmes that promote a culture of ethics and integrity. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you'll contribute to meaningful projects, develop practical skills in HR and compliance operations, and gain insight into corporate functions that support employee wellbeing and organisational values.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting the APAC People Partner in delivering HR initiatives and employee engagement programmes
  • Contributing ideas and assisting in organising People-related events and activities
  • Preparing internal communications and presentations related to HR and People initiatives
  • Assisting with HR data analysis, reporting, and other administrative tasks as needed
  • Promoting a culture of ethics and integrity through regional compliance communications and initiatives
  • Helping develop practical, culturally relevant compliance programs aligned with global policies
  • Supporting the Regional Ethics and Compliance Office in identifying training needs and organizing sessions (virtual or in-person)
  • Assisting with compliance and data privacy assurance and monitoring activities, including data crunching, aggregation, analysis and reporting using global compliance risk assessment tools
  • Performing other ad hoc tasks as assigned by your supervisor

Who we’re looking for:

  • University student, preferably pursuing a degree in Business, Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, Social Studies, or Digital/Media Marketing
  • Demonstrated passion for people engagement and fostering an ethical workplace culture
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact across all levels of the organisation
  • Well-organised, with solid project management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks, including preparing presentation slide decks
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools/programmes
A self-motivated team player with a positive working attitude
  • Comfortable using PC tools, MS Office Suite (including Power BI), and survey platforms
  • Must be able to work on-site at the Tukang (Jurong) office

Our behaviours drive us - we put safety first, do the right thing, keep it simple and make a difference. We’ll expect that of you, too.

What we offer:

  • Meaningful work from day one, with the support to help you succeed
  • A culture that invests in your personal and professional development
  • The chance to grow your skills while working on real projects in a global company

Join us and help create the technologies that will shape tomorrow. If you're ready to learn, grow and make a lasting difference from day one, we'd love to hear from you.

Rolls-Royce are committed to being a respectful, inclusive, and non-discriminatory workplace where individuality is valued, diverse perspectives fuel innovation, and everyone can thrive.
