• Supporting HR leaders in coaching business leadership teams on sensitive or complex HR matters and contract administration

• Helping to facilitate personal development initiatives for managers, aligning with Rolls-Royce leadership expectations

• Contributing to effective employee relations, ensuring alignment with company policies and code of conduct

• Participating in HR investigations, documentation and reporting as needed

• Assist in developing and executing people strategies that support short, medium, and long-term business goals

• Supporting policy development and implementation efforts

Learning Opportunities:

• Mentorship from experienced HR professionals

• Exposure to labor relations, operations, and global HR best practices

• Experience with policy development, project management, and written communication

• Practical insights into business-focused HR strategies and leadership development

Who we’re looking for:

• Working towards a bachelor’s, master’s, or PhD in Human Resources or Business with a concentration in Human Resources

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism

• Good organizational skills and attention to detail

• A strong passion for the future of technology

• A willingness to work flexibly and travel between locations: in most cases, you’ll be able to meet the requirements in the location you are recruited to, however, we may need you to be flexible and travel between sites during or for your internship

• An open-minded, curious, and agile approach to work and career development

Our behaviors drive us - we put safety first, do the right thing, keep it simple and make a difference. We’ll expect that of you, too.

Minimum GPA: 3.0

What we offer:

· Meaningful work from day one, with the support to help you succeed

· A culture that invests in your personal and professional development

· The chance to grow your skills while working on real projects in a global company

Join us and help create the technologies that will shape tomorrow. If you're ready to learn, grow and make a lasting difference from day one, we'd love to hear from you.
