Location: Tukang, Singapore (West)

A new opportunity has arisen for a Sales Application like you to bring expertise to our team. You will be responsible for all technical queries related to project execution as well as pre-sales activities to support the sales team from generating sales quotations, installation and commissioning of our KPP systems in Asia Pacific

You will work together with the KPP sales, project and service departments, Rolls Royce Distributors, System Integrators, Liege factory, End-User, contractors and suppliers.

Key Accountabilities

  • Provide technical support for both project execution and pre-sales activities of KPP systems across the Asia Pacific region.
  • Support the Project Team during design, document submission, technical clarification, installation and commissioning of our KPP systems in Asia Pacific.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including:
    • KPP Sales, Project, and Service teams
    • Rolls-Royce Distributors
    • System Integrators
    • Liège Factory
    • End Users
    • Contractors and Suppliers
  • Gather and analyze customer and project requirements to develop tailored technical solutions that meet operational needs, regulatory requirements, and installation standards.
  • Serve as the technical expert for KPP systems, providing guidance on system functionality, controls, power distribution, and auxiliary systems during sales and project phases.
  • Validate and confirm specifications for:
    • KPP systems and control systems
    • Low Voltage (LV) and Medium Voltage (MV) power distribution systems
    • Fuel transfer systems
    • Diesel engine cooling systems
    • Ventilation systems
    • Acoustic treatment solutions
  • Act as a solution-oriented technical advisor, delivering accurate, comprehensive, and results-driven support to customers and stakeholders.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.

Other Skills/Abilities

  • Should be a good team player but capable of working on his own with initiative.
  • Possess excellent math and analytical skills. Sound knowledge of MS Office, Autocad etc.
  • Some Mechanical engineering background will be advantageous
  • Fault level analysis knowledge will be advantageous
  • Attention to detail and the ability to manage work to a high professional standard.
  • The ability to work calmly under pressure and to agreed timescales.
  • Good communicator and “customer facing” ambassador for the company
  • Self-motivated who is able to work with limited supervision.
  • Excellent spoken and written English.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

  • Min. Education Level : Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering/ Power Engineering Affiliation with Diesel Engines and or Power Generation.
  • Working knowledge MV & LV critical power installations.
  • 5 years in Power Generation Industry
  • Good communication skills, math, teamwork, analytical and critical for him/herself.
  • Clients orientated and commercial sense Ability to understand single-line & schematic drawings
  • Work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
