Salary: £28,500 + commission structure

To help the organisation reach ambitious future growth goals, scale our impact and establish ourselves as a prominent and authoritative voice in the global expert network industry, we are looking for a confident and outgoing Account Executive to join our growing team.

Working alongside our Growth team (Growth Marketing Manager + 2 x Sales Development Representatives) you’ll form a bridge between marketing, sales and operations to ensure continuity from commission to completion.

The Role:

Joining our Growth team, you will be responsible for:

• Nurturing relationships with leads, prospects, and new customers
• Closing sales, and formulating future revenue generating activities
• Communicating the value of Polar Insight to our community
• Ongoing relationship management with clients and decision makers throughout the sales cycle to ensure that needs are being met.
• Presenting and demonstrating the value of products and services to prospective buyers.
• Compiling and analysing data to find trends.
• Maintaining a database of contact information.
• Building long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with external contacts and internal departments to create a better customer experience.
• Handling customer complaints and negotiations.

Requirements

Applicants must have:

• An outgoing attitude and curious outlook
• Existing of the industry we operate in, or a strong desire to learn
• The drive and energy to manage multiple accounts while looking for new opportunities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to understand client needs and handle the negotiation process.
• Experience of working in a sales environment preferred but not compulsory

As Account Executive, You Will Be Expected To…

• Develop and nurture customer relationships from initial conversation to recommission.
• Establish and maintain relationships with our community of customers
• Provide quotes to target customers and key accounts.
• Liaise with operational members of the team to gather case studies & customer feedback that can be used for generating sales materials.
• Maintain clear records of your work to easily enable project status updates and reports.
• Work with an international mindset, including the ability to work with clients in different countries, considering cultural differences and time zones.
