  • This is a hybrid role with 80% homeworking and 20% in Stratford-upon-Avon

About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and organised individual to join our Farming Propositions team as a Propositions Specialist.

In this role, you will support the review and ongoing development of our farming products and propositions, helping to ensure they meet customer needs, align with business objectives and remain competitive in the market. You’ll work closely with colleagues across Underwriting, Claims and Pricing, acting as a key coordination point to support the delivery and implementation of propositional changes.

Day to day, you will provide organisational and project support across a range of activities, including arranging and attending key performance meetings, capturing actions and supporting the progress of key initiatives. You’ll contribute to product reviews, support governance processes, and help ensure that work is delivered effectively and to a high standard.

You will also work with data and insight, using information such as reporting outputs to help inform discussions and support decision making. Alongside this, you may support marketing activity and have opportunities to represent the business at farming events and shows, building your understanding of the agricultural sector and strengthening stakeholder relationships.

This is a varied and collaborative role, offering broad exposure across the farming propositions lifecycle and the opportunity to build your knowledge of both the industry and how propositions are developed and delivered.

About you

You’ll be a highly organised and curious individual with a strong willingness to learn and develop within propositions. You’ll enjoy working with data, collaborating with others and contributing to high-quality outcomes, with a particular interest in the agricultural and rural sector.

  • Knowledge or a strong interest in the agricultural / farming industry, with an understanding of related products (insurance experience desirable)

  • Awareness of regulatory environments and exposure to data analysis, using data to support insight and decision making

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships

  • Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

  • A naturally analytical mindset, able to interpret information, identify insights and support informed decisions

  • A proactive curiosity and willingness to learn, with strong teamworking skills and a collaborative approach
