Position description:

• Assist in reviewing drawings and contract documents for quantity measurement and cost assessment.
• Assist in preparing quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
• Assist in evaluating variations, additional works, and their cost implications.
• Assist in reviewing and verifying contractors' and consultants' payment claims and invoices.
• Assist in site measurements, surveys, and project cost monitoring.
