Position Overview
The Project Enabler will form part of the Project Management Rail team, to offer support to Project Managers and Project Principals. They will be fully incorporated into the team, including attending our Monthly Project Management meetings.

Job Description:
The primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Connect Projects; Project Setup, WBS, Progress Evaluations, Resourcing, Earned Value Analysis, Change Control, Budgets
• Project Controls: Support in preparation of EWN’s, Change Requests, TQ’s, RFI’s and Administrative tasks
• Finances: Support in preparation of Applications, Invoicing, Subconsultant invoicing, Cash Flow Analysis, Project cost analysis and spend reporting, raising PO’s.
• Programme; If P6 knowledge can do smaller programmes
• E Forms; Supporting in preparation of MPCM’s, CAPP, PPW, ISRA, SERA, HSSRA

Candidate Specification :

• BE/BTech or B.Com / M.Com Degree in Accounting/Finance. Any additional degree in Finance would be an added advantage.
• Should have project related working experience.
