About the Role

We are now looking for Graduate Project Management professionals to support the delivery of a number of key projects across our business. Joining this Graduate Development Programme, you will have the opportunity to develop a strong understanding of the Mott MacDonald operating model, work closely with assigned Line Managers and Mentors, and engage with different communities and professional networks within the organisation.

Key responsibilities and duties are listed, but not limited to, the following:

  • Under the supervision of the Project Manager, support project delivery activities in line with agreed scope, programme, cost, and quality requirements
  • Assist with project planning, scheduling, and coordination activities
  • Support the preparation and maintenance of project documentation, including project plans, reports, and registers
  • Attend project and design coordination meetings and assist with the preparation of meeting minutes and actions
  • Provide input into monthly project progress reports
  • Assist in the management and tracking of change control activities
  • Coordinate with internal teams, authorities, and stakeholders as required
  • Support the Project Manager with general project administration activities (e.g. correspondence, meetings, documentation).

Candidate specification

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline
  • Proactively take ownership of personal and professional development, demonstrating initiative and responsibility in work‑related matters
  • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to different work styles, teams, and environments
  • Strong communication, organisational, and collaboration skills
