Your Opportunity

Our Defence and Security Division within our Australian business are looking for Project Managers to manage multidisciplinary design projects primarily through the Estate Works Program (EWP) through the Project Delivery Services (PDS) Contract. As well as leading these new and existing projects, this position will play an active role in improving our project management processes and approach, driving both delivery excellence and efficiency in our business.The primary responsibility of this position is to successfully support the full lifecycle delivery of EWP projects across the Defence Estate.

  • Deliver EWP projects on schedule, within budget, and to high quality standards in a Defence environment.
  • Foster collaboration across internal project teams and industry delivery partners
  • Proactively manage issues, drive decision making, and lead resolution pathways
  • Evaluate and mitigate risks for our Defence clients
  • Manage and support technical and quality assurance activities relating to the design and safety analysis of Defence infrastructure
  • Provide mentorship to staff seeking to develop their knowledge and experience in delivery of major infrastructure projects.
  • The ability to undertake overnight travel to project locations as required

About You

  • Relevant experience leading project delivery in the fields of building services, infrastructure, refurbishment, civil or maritime, with Defence experience preferred
  • Tertiary qualifications relevant to project management or engineering disciplines desirable​
  • Citizen of Australian and ability to achieve a current baseline security clearance
