This is your opportunity to lead change, champion collaboration, and help shape the future of digital delivery.

The Opportunity

As Digital Adoption Lead, you’ll drive the adoption of digital processes, systems, and solutions across New Zealand. You’ll promote best practices, foster a culture of innovation, and identify opportunities to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve user experience for both internal teams and external clients.

You’ll work closely with colleagues across New Zealand and globally, supporting the implementation of a comprehensive digital strategy. From creating use cases and showcasing solutions to contributing to bids and proposals, you’ll play a pivotal role in positioning Mott MacDonald as a leader in digital transformation.

About You

You’re passionate about digital innovation and thrive in collaborative environments. You bring:

  • Proven experience in digital adoption and stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong understanding of digital processes and systems optimization.
  • Ability to influence positively across all levels of an organization.
  • Knowledge of AI tools and platforms (desirable).
  • A degree in a relevant domain or digital-related field.
  • Strategy or management consulting experience (advantageous).
