Your Opportunity

Due to recent large project wins, we have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Adoption Coordinator to be part of our Digital team in Australia. You will be joining a diverse team of consultants, developers and software engineers who are passionate about what they do, with a proven track record of guiding our projects and clients, and leading the delivery of digital ways of working across infrastructure projects. This role can be based in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Adelaide.

The Digital Adoption Coordinator will work as part of our Adoption team to connect with clients and stakeholders to encourage the implementation of digital best practices, tools, and methodologies to foster a culture of innovation in delivery.

This role will assist our digital leads in managing opportunities to offer our digital capabilities to both internal and external customers to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, add value, and improve user experience. You will:

• Coordinate our digital leads and market stakeholders to support the identification of opportunities.

• Support the implementation of project based digital strategies, solutions and methods, focusing on strategic direction, adoption objectives, and key performance indicators.

• Engage with clients across markets, driving revenue from digital services within or alongside domain project delivery.

• Oversee the adoption of digital technologies and processes within opportunities and projects, identifying barriers to adoption and developing strategies to overcome them.

About you

• A relevant qualification in a technology, development, delivery or business field.

• 3 - 7 years’ experience in a sales, delivery or support role, preferably in a technology or business development environment.

• Bid and proposal preparation experience highly desirable.

• Strong understanding of project/design management processes, relevant digital systems, and their optimisation in a project delivery context.

• Experience within key industry markets: transport, energy, water, built environment and defence.
