Job Description

Our Noida / Bangalore office is expanding its Bridges team, and we are looking for a talented Bridge BIM Modeler to join us. You will be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking environment, working on some of the most exciting global infrastructure projects.

Noida / Bangalore

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop accurate and detailed 3D bridge models using Autodesk Revit Structure and other BIM tools.
  • Create and manage Revit families including parametric, nested, and type catalogue-based components.
  • Perform model checks for completeness, dimensional accuracy, and adherence to quality standards.
  • Ensure compliance with BIM execution plans, modelling standards, and project-specific requirements.
  • Collaborate with structural engineers, architects, and MEP teams to resolve design coordination issues.
  • Support the preparation of construction documentation and drawing extractions from BIM models.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of BIM workflows and best practices.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary models using Navisworks or similar software.
  • Mentor junior team members and support knowledge sharing within the team.

Candidate Specification:

Qualifications:

Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering

EngTech TMICE or similar would be an advantage

Essential skills and experience:

  • 6–10 years of experience in the AEC industry, with a focus on bridge or infrastructure projects
  • Strong understanding of BIM processes, model-based delivery, and digital collaboration
  • Strong 3D modelling skills
  • Proficiency in Autodesk Revit Structure
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and workflows
  • Ability to manage time effectively and meet project deadlines
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal

Desirable competencies / skills:

  • Knowledge of AutoCAD, Microstation, OpenBuilding Design or Tekla
  • Knowledge of Navisworks Manage (or similar) coordination/review tools
  • Experience on international projects and standards
