Job Description :

• Experienced in managing quality and accuracy of BIM information, ensuring they are in accordance with required standards and levels of detail
• Proficient in the use of Plant 3D and Navisworks software
• Experience in Project Setup
• Tag customization for modelling components viz. Equipment, Pipeline, Valves, Instruments, adding custom properties on Plant components
• Editing Catalog and Specification database, creating new Catalogs and Specifications
• Knowledge of Custom component creation would be considered as an additional advantage
• Modelling of Equipment, Piping, Structures and Cable trays in Plant 3D.
• Developing 2D construction drawings - Views and Sections from 3D Model
• Extracting Bill of Material for Piping and Structures
• Generation of Piping Isometrics.
• Ability to solve day to day issues on projects
• Reviewing modelling issues and Coordinate between all engineering disciplines to resolve issues and ensure efficient delivery

Candidate Specification :

• Diploma in Civil or Mechanical Engineering
• Water industry experience would be preferred
• Knowledge of Plant 3D PID and Bentley OpenPlant PID would be considered as an additional advantage
• Knowledge of Bentley ProjectWise or BIM 360 shall be considered as added advantage
• Good communication skills and the ability to work oneself and as part of a team
• Should be able to troubleshoot, guide and train team members to perform varied levels of development in BIM projects;
• Should be able to co-ordinate with supply chain and vendors
• Professional attitude towards work and self-motivated
• Be a team player and have multi-disciplinary co-ordination skills
