We are seeking an outstanding Project Manager to join our dynamic Product Team. In this role, reporting to
the Lead Project Manager, you will be responsible for the delivery of key product change initiatives across Grenade, including product innovation, packaging updates, product updates, and territory expansions —
from project inception through to implementation and launch.

How you will contribute
- Lead the definition of project scope, objectives, tasks, and resource requirements.
- Create and manage project plans and timelines via documentation and using project software (Asana).
- Build and guide a cross-functional team by engaging representatives from relevant departments to deliver on the project brief.
- Coordinate necessary input and approvals from project team members, with flexibility and adaptability for complex projects requiring nuanced handling.
- Track project progress closely, implementing corrective actions as needed to keep projects on course.
- Maintain thorough documentation and provide clear project status updates, timelines, and insights on key issues and risks.
- Ensure all relevant team members are aware of key milestones and expectations, even if they are not directly involved in the project.
- Foster clear communication across all departments, including leading project calls and senior cross-functional meetings.
- Conduct risk assessments and prepare contingency plans to keep projects on track or adjust as necessary based on business needs.
- Collaborate with R&D and Product Management to support effective project scoping and planning within the product pipeline.
- Ensure R&D and external manufacturers are aligned with project timelines, particularly for new product development (NPD) and existing product development (EPD).
- Navigate the Grenade Stage Gate process expertly, managing all aspects of project approval efficiently.
- Work closely with Mondelez Project Managers and systems to ensure resource is allocated appropriately by project.
- Support Mondelez Project Managers on Grenade initiatives when Mondelez resource is required, being clear on key Grenade deliverables and fostering clear alignment between Grenade and Mondelez.
What you will bring
- Proven track record in project management, ideally within FMCG, product development, or a similar sector with cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience in a regulated industry with an understanding of supply chain, packaging, R&D, and regulatory requirements is preferred.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to identify project issues quickly, take corrective actions, and adapt to changing circumstances, particularly for complex, cross-functional, or export projects.
- Maintains high standards of accuracy, especially in project documentation and timelines.
- Demonstrates initiative in identifying and addressing issues, looking for ways to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Understands the importance of stakeholder engagement and is skilled at maintaining positive relationships with team members and external partners.
- Able to see the bigger picture, aligning individual projects with broader business goals and objectives.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment managing stress effectively
