We are looking for a highly creative and organised Videographer / Photographer & Content Manager to join Grenade on a 12-month maternity cover. This role is responsible for producing high-quality visual content, supporting marketing campaigns, and managing digital assets across the business.

You will play a key role in bringing briefs to life through engaging photo and video content, while ensuring all assets are well-organised, accessible, and aligned with brand standards.

Joining Grenade’s high-performing team, during this period of growth and brand expansion, promises to offer a unique and motivating working environment, with highly rewarding opportunities for personal and professional development.

  • Work across in-house, studio, and on-location shoots, maintaining professional production standards

  • Optimise content outputs for multiple platforms (e.g. social, web, paid media), ensuring alignment with channel-specific best practices (format, duration, pacing, and style)

  • Contribute innovative creative ideas to elevate content output and strengthen brand storytelling

  • Interpret and respond effectively to marketing and creative briefs

  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand campaign objectives, target audiences, and deliverables

  • Proactively contribute creative ideas and digital-first solutions throughout all stages of production

  • Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, campaign goals, and channel performance requirements

  • Understand how content distribution impacts creative decisions, adapting outputs to maximise engagement and effectiveness across platforms

  • Organise, store, and maintain digital assets (photography and video) in a structured system

  • Ensure all content is easily accessible and correctly archived for future use

  • Manage file naming, tagging, and version control across projects

  • Share and distribute assets efficiently across teams

  • Work closely with marketing, brand, and wider creative teams

  • Share progress updates and contribute in team meetings

  • Take ownership of projects from brief through to delivery

  • Be receptive to feedback and continuously improve output

  • Use and maintain photography and video equipment

  • Continue developing technical skills across filming and editing

  • Stay up to date with industry trends and new creative techniques (desirable)

  • Proven experience in videography and photography within a brand or agency environment

  • Strong editing skills (Adobe Creative Suite or similar)

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail

  • Experience working from creative briefs and delivering to objectives

  • Knowledge of content creation for social media and digital platforms

  • Proactive, creative thinker with a collaborative mindset

What will you bring?

  • Highly organised and proactive

  • Creative with a strong eye for detail

  • Positive, team-oriented attitude

  • Willing to take initiative and ownership

  • Adaptable and eager to develop new skills

  • Consistently delivering high-quality photo and video content
