You ensure that promotional campaigns and initiatives are activated across the customer base. You explain the activation vision, provide support materials and develop in-store point-of-sale (POS) activation requirements.
Key Responsibilities
In-Store Planning & Brand Execution
- Drive brand presence and campaign execution across trade channels in alignment with annual marketing priorities
- Develop POPM visuals based on Key Visuals (KVs), planograms for secondary placement, and store brand designs
POSM Development & Agency Management
- Lead POSM material development and adaptation with marketing agencies, including artwork/pre-press quality checks
- Oversee soft POSM production (posters, wobblers, shelf liners) and manage POs
Budget & Financial Management
- Plan and track the POPM budget; handle payments, accruals, and PO vs. GR vs. Invoice reconciliation
- Maintain supporting financial documentation for TMS, agencies, and related costs
TMS Collaboration
- Partner with TMS on temporary, permanent, and high-impact display development
- Manage production timelines, lead times, artwork and cost estimate approvals
Logistics & Inventory Management
- Gather activation volumes from sales markets; monitor stock levels across SLO and CRO warehouses
- Coordinate POSM shipment deliveries, warehouse costs, and end-to-end stock management
What you will bring
A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:
- Experience in retail environments (FMCG), in-store communication, and shopper marketing principles is an advantage
- Detail-oriented in adaptation of KV on POSM
- Proficiency in budget management, PO processes, and cost tracking
- Experience working with external agencies and production vendors
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills (marketing, sales, procurement, finance, logistics)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with planogram tools and approval platforms (e.g., Locit) is a plus
