You’ll be playing a key role in ensuring smooth and accurate payment processing across the business. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners helping to resolve payment issues and continuously improve our payment processes.
How you will contribute
You will:
- Work with the Client-Bank system in terms of entering and sending payments in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.
- Procced and execute with payments e-mail requests from Mondelez Team
- Performs accounting transactions in the part of bank statement posting
- Responds to letters from suppliers regarding payment deadlines
- Generate reports with banks: Report 14b (MJE), ATCAT/Celonis, POP request, Duplicate payment report
- Following the The Company's Payment policies and procedures, performs SOP controls, and adheres to established KPIs
- Performs other Manager assignments , achieve annual Goals and Targets
- Carrie disciplinary, administrative and criminal liability, when required by law, in case of failure of the primary documents (including, but not limited: acts performed works, rendered services, transfer certificates of wealth, invoices, contracts, reports, timesheet, orders, reports, etc.) and/or accounting registers, as well as unreliable as reflected in the original documents and/or registers of accounting data, if the employee has made and/or signed documents.
- Follow requirements of normative acts related to accident prevention and environmental care, labor and fire safety.
- Use company communication system to have an urgent connection with other company employees to ensure appropriate execution of tasks, specified by this Job Description.

What you need to know about this position:
Education / Certifications:
- University degree in economics, finance, accounting
Job specific requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in finance. Additional experience in tax, auditing or consulting would be an advantage
- Experience working with SAP financial software (preferred);
- Experience working with Client Bank
- Knowledge of English – intermediate+ ( written and oral)
- Experience in administration with a strong customer service orientation
- Computer literate with excellent skills in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel
- Experience working to deadlines with strong prioritization skills
- Analytical thinking, meticulous attention to details
