Job Description
Job Description
Are You Ready to Make It Happen at Mondelēz International?
Join our Mission to Lead the Future of Snacking. Make It Uniquely Yours.
The o9 MEU PM manages the operational rigor of regional and local deployment activities. This role requires a structured, detail-oriented professional who can translate the central program's plans into regional and local activity tracking, coordinate dependencies, and ensure reporting is accurate and timely. Operating under the leadership of the o9 Program Lead, this role works within the guidelines of the overall program and collaborates closely with the o9 MDS PM for the region and the Program PMO.
How you will contribute
You will:
Integrated BU plan management: Maintain the regional and local level deployment plan, tracking milestones, activities, and deliverables across all workstreams. Align the BU plan with the overall program schedule.
Status reporting: Compile and distribute regular status reports for the different project stakeholders and the program PMO, highlighting progress, risks, issues, and actions in a clear and consistent format.
Dependency and risk tracking: Identify and track cross-functional dependencies and BU-specific risks. Ensure risks are logged, owners assigned, and mitigations are tracked to closure.
Resource scheduling: Coordinate the scheduling of BU resources for program activities including workshops, testing cycles, data validation, cut-over tasks and training — working closely with functional leads.
Support BU change and engagement activities: Work with the BU Change Leads and stakeholders to create awareness, build solution understanding and support with training.
Governance and meeting facilitation: Prepare agendas, materials, and minutes for BU deployment governance forums. Ensure actions are tracked and closed in a timely manner.
Program PMO interface: Act as the operational interface to the program PMO, ensuring data flows and reporting deadlines are met and that BU inputs are provided consistently.
Change control support: Support the BU Deployment and workstream Leads in assessing and documenting the impact of scope changes or schedule adjustments on BU activities.
Tollgate Methodology: Ensure timely completion of all deliverables per the project plan and methodology in partnership with the o9 MDS regional PM.
What you will bring
A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:
Solid project or program management experience, including planning, tracking, and risk management.
High proficiency with program management toolsets (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana or equivalent); strong MS Office skills.
Meticulous attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy under time pressure.
Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to produce clear, concise status reports for a senior audience.
Collaborative working style with the ability to interface effectively with both BU functions and the central program team.
Prior involvement in a large-scale business transformation is beneficial.
