As an experienced leader, you will drive end-to-end business planning and execution, owning key planning assumptions across all major cycles (StratPlan, Annual target / process) and ensuring transparency through monthly Integrated Business Planning (IBP) meetings. You will manage opportunities and risks across functions, partner with senior leadership to inform strategic decisions, and lead a high-performing team of five while building strong cross-functional stakeholder relationships.

How you will contribute

You will:

• Lead the business planning process, ensuring alignment with internal strategy and external market demands
• Build strong relationships with relevant cross-functional stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of planning and execution and drive alignment
• Own the assumptions for all major cycles (StratPlan, Annual target- process) and provide transparency on deviations in ongoing Integrated Business Planning (IBP) cycles
• Run monthly IBP meetings to ensure monthly delivery
• Manage opportunities and risks process, drive execution of opps across different functions
• Leadership and Stakeholder Management: Lead and coach cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and a high-performance culture
• Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations to inform decision-making
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive alignment and shared success
• Lead a team of 5 direct reports

What you will bring

A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:

• 7+ years of experiences in FMCG business
• Category planning and delivering growth through category leadership
• Having a future-focused mindset, being curious about industry trends, digital solutions and innovation for consumers, and translating opportunities into business plans
• Developing and delivering plans, measuring and monitoring results and making recommendations to achieve growth targets
• Business planning and how to maximize revenue growth
• Influencing stakeholders and interacting effectively with others with the courage and resilience to hold an alternative point of view
• Analytical skills and business acumen
• Well-developed skills in communication and negotiation
• German and English language skills are mandatory
