This is a project role for approximately 15 months.
The Country Fulfillment Key User plays a critical role in supporting the implementation and adoption of the o9 planning solution within the fulfillment and supply planning domain. This role combines deep functional expertise in local supply chain processes with hands-on involvement in system validation, testing, training, and go-live support. Acting as the key interface between local operations and the implementation team, the role ensures that fulfillment processes (including replenishment, inventory, and constraint management) are accurately reflected in the system and effectively adopted by end users.
How you will contribute
You will:
Functional Expertise & Process Alignment:
Act as the primary subject matter expert for local fulfillment processes
Ensure alignment between global o9 design and local operational requirements
Ensure strong integration between o9 and S/4HANA processes and data flows
Testing & System Validation:
Execute unit, integration, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) based on defined scenarios
Validate system outputs, including replenishment logic, inventory positioning, and constraint handling Identify, document, and track defects
Support data validation activities
Ensure accuracy and consistency of planning data across systems (e.g. APO vs o9 during transition)
Cutover & Deployment Activities:
Support execution planning for cutover activities
Validate readiness for business go-live and support go/no-go assessments
Training & End-User Enablement:
Deliver training on new ways of working, processes, and system usage for end users
Go-Live & Hypercare Support:
Support go-live execution and stabilization of fulfillment processes Continuous
Improvement:
Support ongoing optimization of fulfillment processes enabled by o9
What you will bring
A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:
3+ years of experience in supply chain planning, fulfillment, or inventory management (preferably FMCG)
Strong understanding of replenishment, inventory optimization, and supply planning processes
Experience with planning systems (e.g. SAP APO, SAP IBP, o9 or similar)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively across business and technical teams
Strong communication skills and ability to support end users
