The Pilot Plant & Facility Team are responsible for the management, operation & maintenance of RDQI’s Chocolate and Cocoa Pilot Plant’s on the Wrocław Technical Centre with an overall objective to build a world class pilot plant facility that meets the needs of Chocolate RDQI today and tomorrow.

How you will contribute

You will be:

• Providing project planning and logistics expertise to project teams locally and globally.
• Leading the logistics of the pilot plant (booking system), management of the pilot plant TeamSite, ownership of the tool for Data Mining Solution.
• Managing the common RMAT, RMAT warehouse, and purchasing orders for Pilot Plant needs.
• Ensuring all relevant PP processes including GMP, and safe WOW are actively supported and police current pilot plant procedures.
• Coaching the Technician on the tasks on a daily basis.
• Providing technical expertise for a wide range of equipment, technologies and broader processes, applying fundamental understanding of results and driving corrective actions as appropriate.
• Will be able to demonstrate a desire to understand fully the PP processes and be able to lead / drive continuous improvement activities to positively change efficiency and performance.
• Will lead / take an active role in various IL6S initiatives and deliver projects using that framework demonstrating clear metrics to illustrate performance.
• Responsible for writing and updating work instructions and risk assessments where required.
• Responsible for clear concise end of trial reports that share learnings.
• Carry out regular PP Audits In-Line with The Audit Schedule and manage actions to completion.
• Leading of the small NPD projects for various chocolate platforms.

• Experienced in building relationships / working in teams.
• Experienced in participation and organization of international projects.
• Good spoken and written English is essential for this role.
