Create effective & actionable strategies (primarily in-store visibility) for in-store development in Hungary, based on shopper insight and category/business analytics
How you will contribute
You will:
- Leading and creating standard base for preparing Category Management / Planograms development for confectionery / biscuits and cross activations in order to achieve best possible visibility and shelf presence of Mondelez products (according to company matrix, specific customer joint projects) at all shopper touch points in HU.
- Managing Data insight agenda, closely working with all data agencies (Dunnhumby, Nielsen etc..), collecting all relevant customer and channel data insights in order to develop selling stories and building strong argumentation platform across all Category Management required actions and goals.
- Defining insight gaps and research needs to deliver against strategic priorities and drive brand growth, ensuring research learnings and insights are translated into clear recommendations for category strategy incl. MSL agenda.
- Represent Sales interest in dealings with Consumer Insight, Shopper insight and Marketing departments. Create and achieve categories visibility targets (both quantity and quality) with a full responsibility of quality targets setting for MT/TT, and cooperation on quantity targets setting and tracking together with sales capability manager and market understanding manager.
Planograms
- Monitor shelf layouts regularly and recommend corrections in order to meet targets.
- Manage and optimize the assortment and distribution of goods on shop shelves to assure its profitability.
- Play a key role in making recommendations for assortment composition on the shelf.
- Lead, coordinate and execute specific customer joint projects.
- Maintain good level of cooperation with attributed clients and actively participate.
Job specific requirements:
- Sales, Category Management or Trade Marketing experience (minimum 3 years).
- Proficient in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Outlook and MS PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of Nielsen Spaceman or other planogram-related software is advantageous.
- Knowledge of Nielsen databases.
- Driving licence B.
- English (CEFR C1 level).
