Designed to enable greater clarity, efficiency, and trust; SmartAgent supercharges traditional call centre efficiency with solutions that span voice, chatbots, machine learning, contact automation, and artificial intelligence.

If you’re sitting there thinking, “this sounds like a great role!” stop thinking that & hit the “APPLY” button right now (please)! Also, be a legend and include your resume & a short paragraph about yourself, plus anything that might help us learn more about you.

If things move forward, the interview process will consist of an initial phone call with Sam or Cath our in house people geeks, followed by a technical conversation with a Senior Engineer, a pairing exercise with a Lead Engineer & a final chat with your hiring manager & wider team - yay!

The FlexScore® is the result of a rigorous 2-step verification of a company’s flexibility

First we assess the flexibility options Mission Labs provides and then we anonymously survey a statistically significant proportion of their employees to make sure Mission Labs is as flexible as they say they are. Our assessment is based on the six key elements of flexibility: location, hours, autonomy, benefits, role modelling and work-life balance.

We ask the hard questions so you don’t have to.
