Microsoft Advertising (MSA) empowers the largest advertisers around the world to reach their maximum potential through digital advertising solutions on the Microsoft Advertising platform. We are seeking top performing Account Executives with digital advertising experience who can drive revenue and increase customer satisfaction by developing and cultivating strategic client relationships and delivering customized solutions aligning to the client’s advertising needs.


As the Technical Account Manager (TAM), in this customer-facing role, you will be the creative technical expert and problem solver with superb customer relationship skills. You are an integrated member of a cross-functional, customer-facing team that comprises advertising sellers, platform engineering, business leaders, and global technical support. Your role as the trusted technical advisor requires a customer-centric focus and excellent technical knowledge, communication, and organizational and relationship management. You will share your deep and broad technical expertise of Microsoft products, identify and recommend solutions in pre-sale technical consultations with customers, and work with customers, sellers, and engineering to ensure the successful delivery and implementation of Microsoft Advertising Gaming solutions. You will translate complex technical requirements into consumable action plans, create innovative, scalable solution designs and execute responsibilities on time and with quality. You will be responsible for Customer Engagement and Evangelism, providing technical solutions and drive Sales support and Business Development initiatives in addition to ensuring Technical Delivery Excellence and alignment with demand plans and product roadmaps.

Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers/partners and internal teams as a partner and technical advisor who leverages relationships to drive influence.
  • Demonstrate trusted technical advisor status with clients, sales team, and partners through deep understanding of the Gaming & Experience product offering, expert executions, and knowledge of evolving technologies.
  • Participate in account delivery reviews with customers to share technical insights on the account.
  • Acts as a voice of the customer to share insights, best practices, and advocate for customer needs.
  • Understand customer's overall online advertising business priorities and success measures to design implementation architectures and solutions.
  • Apply technical knowledge and customer insights to create a campaign execution roadmap and architect solutions to meet business needs, ensuring technical viability and successful deployments, orchestrating key resources and infusing strategic Gaming & Experiences product offering capability.
  • As the Subject Matter Expert (SME), you will be the point of contact for escalations of technical issues.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience in Sales, Advertising, or Marketing with a focus on online media, or digital advertising
    • OR Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field AND experience in Sales, Advertising, or Marketing with a focus on online media, or digital advertising
    • OR equivalent experience
  • Experience in online media, digital advertising, or Search Engine Marketing Sales and Service experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND technical experience in software engineering, network engineering, service engineering, or systems engineering
    • OR equivalent experience
  • Experience making recommendations to mid- to senior- level executives.
  • Experience in Gaming industry.
