What you'll bring to the team

Safety is at the core of everything we do—and as an Asset Warehouse Clerk, you’ll play a vital role in keeping our resort running smoothly and safely. As part of the Asset Management team within Technical Services, you’ll support maintenance operations by accurately tracking inventory, organizing parts and tools, and ensuring materials are ready when they’re needed most.

What You’ll Do

• Receive, label, stock, and issue maintenance parts, tools, and supplies

• Track inventory accurately using CMMS or inventory systems

• Support cycle counts, audits, and discrepancy reporting

• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized warehouse

• Work closely with maintenance technicians and leadership teams

• Follow safety procedures and contribute to continuous improvement

What We’re Looking For

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail

• Comfortable with basic computer systems and data entry

• Team-focused with clear communication skills

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in an active warehouse environment

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Warehouse or inventory experience preferred
