What Youβll Do π
Develop, cultivate, and maintain strong relationships with schools, tour operators, and group leaders ππ§
Solicit, negotiate, and book new and repeat group business to maximize attendance and revenue π
Achieve volume and revenue targets for your assigned markets π°
Serve as the main point of contact for schools and groups from booking through arrival πποΈ
Assist with on-site coordination and welcoming of groups to ensure a smooth guest experience ππ
Submit weekly and monthly booking and revenue reports to leadership π
Maintain and update client lists, association contacts, and event schedules ποΈ
Drive incremental group business through outreach and relationship-building π
Assist with marketing campaigns, program analysis, and promotional efforts π£
Help plan and support special events, promotions, and educational programs ππ
Develop and manage client schedules, checklists, and communication tools to ensure flawless execution π
Conduct follow-up calls to nurture long-term client relationships π€
Coordinate sales calls, presentations, and collateral materials π€π
Partner with attraction operations to ensure events and group visits are executed smoothly π βοΈ
What Weβre Looking For π
π High school diploma or GED required (college degree preferred)
π§βπΌ At least 2 years of customer service experience (call center or sales experience is a plus)
π Strong written and verbal communication skills
ποΈ Ability to manage multiple projects and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
π» Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access)
π Positive attitude and adaptability to changing priorities
π€ Strong relationship-building and follow-up skills
π A passion for guest experience, education, and teamwork
