Resource Manager

Location: LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort, Windsor, SL4 4AY

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, across a 7-day rota (any 5 days out of 7)

Contract Type: Fixed term contract – until March 2027, Salaried

Here at the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort we are recruiting for a Resource Manager to join our AWESOME Planning & Resource Team on a fixed term contract until March 2027!

The Resource Manager will work closely with the Planning & Resource Manager and the UK People Hub to ensure that LEGOLAND Windsor Resort has an engaged workforce who are operationally ready to give our guests the best possible experience throughout their visit.

You will be managing a team of Resource Associates who support our Operational teams with the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to end of seasonal contract. Your role will ensure that all of our employees have a consistent, compliant, and enjoyable experience throughout their employment with us, resolving complex employee relations issues, providing absence data reporting, driving inclusion and celebrating success while seeking new efficiencies throughout.

The Resource Manager will lead recruitment activities across the resort, in partnership with The People Hub, for all front-line operational roles aligning closely with the Resort Operating Models to produce consistent and efficient vacancy figures, with timely and engaging recruitment activations.

Once our new team members have joined us this role will be a key part of their ongoing journey, tailoring and delivering engaging induction and onboarding training (in line with the LEGO brand guidelines), addressing employee relations, absence management, and end of contract offboarding.

The Resource Manager is the key onsite contact for the UK People Hub regarding all variable employee relations cases and will provide support, in partnership with the UK People Hub, to guide both resource associates and managers across the resort with performance management and day to day employee relations issues.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Previous experience with high volume recruitment is essential
  • Understanding of employee lifecycle (onboarding, induction, employee relations and engagement) is essential
  • Previous experience facilitating interviews for high volume roles with differing skill sets and qualification requirements
  • Previous experience in managing employee relations is essential
  • Familiarity with absence management processes and data
  • Ideally, you will have previously managed a team or been involved in mentoring / people development
  • Comfortable with the fixed term nature of this role. Contract to end March 2027

About the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort

We are looking for a Resource Manager to join our AWESOME team at the UK’s favourite children’s theme park; the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort. The LEGOLAND Windsor Resort is the ultimate destination for families with children age 2-12. The Resort is home to three awesome LEGO themed Hotels and a host of rides, shows and attractions built around the iconic LEGO® brick. This role is based at the Windsor theme park, located in 150 acres of beautiful parkland.
