From exclusive suites hidden in our 14th-century towers to enchanting Knights Village lodges and magical glamping tents, to our 60-bedroom hotel, Warwick Castle’s accommodation offers something truly extraordinary. As part of our team, you’ll be at the heart of delivering unforgettable stays for every guest.

What you’ll do:

Reporting to the Hotel Duty Manager, you’ll be a key player in ensuring the smooth arrival and departure of guests. Every day is different – you’ll go above and beyond to deliver impeccable customer service, tailoring your approach to each guest’s needs and ensuring rooms are spotless and ready for their next adventure.

Whether handling guest queries, resolving problems, or sharing compliments, you’ll be the go-to person for making stays at Warwick Castle truly magical.

This is a seasonal contract with guaranteed 5 hours per week. Shifts are a mix of 7am-2pm or 2pm-10pm, and flexibility is essential as weekends and bank holidays are part of the adventure.
