Do you love making people smile and creating magical first impressions? The LEGOLAND® Hotel is looking for a friendly, energetic Valet to help deliver unforgettable experiences to our guests from the moment they arrive!

🧳 About the Role

As a Valet, you play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the hotel’s front-of-house services. You’ll be one of the first faces our guests see – welcoming families, setting the tone for their stay, and helping create memories that last a lifetime.The ideal candidate holds a valid driver’s license, has a safe driving record, and is able and comfortable driving both manual and automatic vehicles.

Total compensation is comprised of hourly wage and potential tips.

Main Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly, professional attitude

• Assist guests with luggage and valet parking, handling vehicles and keys safely and responsibly

• Explain valet procedures, provide directions, and answer questions about the Resort and surrounding area

• Maintain cleanliness in front-of-house areas, including the lobby and luggage storage

• Support Bell Associates and team members during busy periods

• Deliver excellent guest service and help create memorable experiences

• Communicate clearly, work well as part of a team, and model The Merlin Way at all times

Qualifications & Experience

Background and Experience:

• High school graduate or General Education Degree (or equivalent education and experience) is preferred.

• Clean driving record

• Ability to drive both manual and automatic vehicles

• People-oriented with a professional and friendly demeanor

• Ability to stand for long periods of time

• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements (What to Expect):

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, energetic environment

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods while moving around the Resort and assisting guests

• Able to bend, lift, push, pull, and move moderate to heavy luggage as part of daily duties

• Good hand and finger coordination for completing paperwork and using a computer

• Clear vision to read written materials, complete forms, and safely drive vehicles
