What you'll bring to the team

Do you love leading a team, creating magical guest moments, and keeping safety at the center of everything you do? As a Guest Experience Shift Lead, you’ll help bring the LEGO® experience to life every single day! 🧱🎢

This role is perfect for someone who is guest-obsessed, calm under pressure, playful yet professional, and confident running the floor in a fast-paced attraction. You’ll support daily operations, act as a Supervisor on Duty when needed, and jump in wherever needed to support your team and our guests.

Qualifications & Experience

🧩 What You’ll Do

• Lead the floor as a Supervisor on Duty when needed, including assisting with opening and closing procedures 🔑

• Inspire and motivate Guest Experience Hosts to deliver WOW-worthy service 🌈

• Assign and monitor daily tasks to keep operations running smoothly and safely

• Be a safety champion 🦺—ensuring all policies and procedures are followed

• Manage guest flow and queues in high-energy, high-volume areas

• Handle guest questions, concerns, and recoveries with confidence and care 💬

• Support training and development of new and existing team members

• Coach performance, give feedback, and escalate concerns when needed

• Lead by example by jumping into guest-facing roles whenever support is needed 🙌

Must-Haves (Required):

• Strong safety judgment and situational awareness 🚨

• Prior leadership or supervisory experience

• Experience in high-volume, guest-facing environments

• Excellent communication and decision-making skills

• Dependable, accountable, and comfortable taking ownership

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience in attractions, entertainment, hospitality, or similar industries
