As a Guest Experience Shift Lead, youβll be right in the middle of the funβguiding a guest-focused team, supporting daily operations, and making sure every little guest (and their grown-ups!) leaves with big smiles and happy memories ππ

Key Responsibilities π·
Support daily Guest Experience operations to ensure smooth, safe, and guest-focused performance ποΈπ
Delegate and monitor daily assignments to keep operations running efficiently ποΈβοΈ
Manage queues and guest flow safely and effectively during peak periods β±οΈβ‘οΈ
Respond to guest concerns with care and professionalism, partnering with other departments for quick resolutions ππ οΈ
Assist with training and documentation across all primary Guest Experience areas πβοΈ
Uphold health, safety, and service standards across all operations π§Όβ οΈ
Lead by example on the attraction floor, modeling fun, teamwork, and outstanding guest service every shift ππ
Education & Experience π
π High school diploma or GED required
π· Six months of experience in attractions, entertainment, childcare, hospitality, or customer service preferred
π Positive, outgoing personality with a passion for guest experience and teamwork
β‘ Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced, playful, ever-changing environment
π£οΈ Strong communication skills with a calm, friendly, and professional approach to problem-solving
π» Comfortable using technology and basic office software
