At LEGOLAND Discovery Center Arizona, our Rides & Events Hosts bring the excitement to life! If you love high-energy environments, creating magical moments, and making guests feel like VIPs, this is your place.

Every shift is packed with action—operating rides, engaging guests in line, hosting parties and special events, and keeping the fun going strong. No two days are the same, and boredom is not part of the build!

What You’ll Do

✨ Bring BIG energy, enthusiasm, and positivity every shift🎢 Operate rides safely while keeping guests engaged and excited🎉 Help host birthday parties and special events that wow our guests😄 Create unforgettable moments with smiles, laughs, and high-fives🚦 Manage lines safely while keeping the fun flowing🧼 Keep ride areas and event spaces clean, organized, and guest-ready🔑 Follow opening and closing procedures like a pro🦺 Support a safe environment by following all Health & Safety guidelines

Qualifications & Experience

About You

• 6 months – 1 year experience working in attractions, entertainment, or customer service-based positions preferred.
• Fun, dynamic, and friendly personality.
• Excellent communication, listening, and motivational skills.
• Able to work in areas with loud noises and confined spaces.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Must be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events.
