At LEGOLAND Discovery Center Philadelphia, we’re all about creating smiles, laughter, and unforgettable memories—brick by brick! We’re on the lookout for energetic, outgoing, and enthusiastic individuals to join our Guest Experience Team and help us spread the magic of LEGO to families from all over.

As a Guest Experience Host, you’ll be right in the middle of the action—greeting guests, running rides, hosting awesome birthday parties, helping out in retail or food & beverage, and keeping the fun rolling at our events. Every day is different, and every shift is filled with creativity, connection, and contagious energy!

What You’ll Be Doing

• 🎢 Make magic happen! Deliver unforgettable experiences to every guest with your enthusiasm and friendly personality.

• 😄 Bring the fun! Whether you’re operating rides, serving snacks, or helping families find the perfect LEGO® set, you’ll make every moment special.

• 🎈 Keep it safe & smooth. Make sure guests have a great (and safe!) time while managing lines, maintaining cleanliness, and following attraction procedures.

• 🧱 Be a team player. Work together with your fellow Hosts to keep things running smoothly from open to close.

• 🌟 Show your sparkle. Be confident, creative, and ready to engage with kids and families from all walks of life.

Qualifications & Experience

About You

• 6 months – 1 year experience working in attractions, entertainment, or customer service-based positions preferred.
• Fun, dynamic, and friendly personality.
• Excellent communication, listening, and motivational skills.
• Able to work in areas with loud noises and confined spaces.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Must be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events.
