Are you passionate about marine life and creating unforgettable guest experiences? SEA LIFE Sunshine Coast is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Guest Experience Hosts to join our team!

We are seeking multiple casual Guest Experience Hosts to join our Guest Experience team at SEA LIFE Sunshine Coast.

About the Role

As a Guest Experience Host, you'll play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service and engaging educational experiences for our guests. This includes leading guided school tours, hosting sleepovers, and facilitating birthday parties

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead interactive and educational tours tailored to a range of age groups, from primary to secondary school students.
  • Assist in the smooth delivery of special programs including school excursions, sleepovers, and birthday celebrations.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our animals and their environments, with a focus on biology, ecology, and conservation.
  • Provide consistently high levels of guest service to help drive satisfaction and meet customer experience KPIs.

Please note that this role requires weekend and school holiday availability.

About You

To shine in this role, you will have a passion for customer service with a focus on fun and positive attitude towards interaction with our guests and upselling techniques. Most importantly you will have a real desire to learn and develop your career with a drive to streamline process and always look for improvements.

Prior experience in a similar position is preferable, and the desire and drive to work in the arts, entertainment and tourism industry is essential. Your ability to have a flexible and adaptable approach along with demonstrated planning, organisational and time management skills are also desired.
