Director of Revenue Management – North America

(Remote Flexibility Available)

Role Summary

The Director of Revenue Management – North America is a critical commercial leadership role responsible for maximizing admissions revenue across Merlin’s North American attractions portfolio.

This role blends strategic leadership, advanced analytics, and commercial acumen to drive revenue growth, optimize pricing strategies, and enhance trading performance. The Director will leverage data-driven insights, market intelligence, and innovative thinking to deliver best-in-class revenue optimization in a fast-paced, consumer-focused environment.

As a trusted commercial partner, this individual will work closely with Go-To-Market, Consumer Proposition, Marketing, E-Commerce, Operations, and Finance teams to align revenue strategies with broader business objectives.

This position offers flexibility to work remotely, with connectivity to the Orlando Hub and periodic in-person collaboration as required.

The successful candidate will be a forward-thinking, customer-centric leader with a strong growth mindset, capable of influencing senior stakeholders while building and developing high-performing teams.

Key Accountabilities

Trading & Financial Performance

  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver and exceed revenue and budget targets.
  • Drive commercial performance through entrepreneurial thinking and market opportunity identification.
  • Represent the region in weekly and monthly trading and performance reviews.
  • Monitor performance trends and proactively course-correct trading strategies.

Revenue Strategy, Pricing & Optimization

  • Act as the regional subject matter expert in pricing, promotions, and revenue management strategy.
  • Develop and execute dynamic pricing strategies aligned to market conditions and demand signals.
  • Utilize data analytics, testing frameworks, and competitive insights to refine pricing models.
  • Leverage historical data and forecasting to maximize yield and revenue potential.
  • Identify and escalate risks or opportunities to senior leadership in a timely manner.

Stakeholder Engagement & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Serve as a key commercial advisor to the VP Go-To-Market, North America.
  • Build strong partnerships across Marketing, E-Commerce, Trade, Operations, and Finance.
  • Lead alignment on product launches, promotions, and commercial initiatives.
  • Deliver high-impact presentations and insights to senior stakeholders.
  • Drive organizational understanding and adoption of revenue management principles.

Leadership & Team Development

  • Lead, coach, and develop the US Revenue Management team, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Promote data-driven decision-making and innovative problem-solving across the team.
  • Drive talent development, succession planning, and performance management.
  • Create an inclusive, collaborative, and results-oriented team environment.

Qualifications & Experience

Experience & Qualifications

Essential

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or business-related field (e.g., Economics, Data Science, Mathematics, Engineering).
  • 10+ years of experience in revenue management, pricing, or consultancy.
  • Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams.
  • Strong expertise in analytics, forecasting, and revenue optimization frameworks.
  • Demonstrated commercial acumen and strategic thinking.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • High level of integrity, collaboration, and stakeholder partnership.

Desirable

  • Master’s degree in a relevant discipline.
  • Experience in dynamic pricing, demand forecasting, or advanced analytics.
  • Background in theme parks, travel, tourism, or hospitality sectors.
